How to Create a UNIVERSE in the ATMOSPHERE of your PLANET in five easy steps:
By the Economic Hammer.
Ingredients needed:
Cognition
Rotation
Attraction
Vacuum
Circulation
Goal: Make a UNIVERSE in the SKY
Directions:
Develop a headful of COGNITION
Initiate some Rotation
To Make Attraction
To create Vacuum
To start Circulation
All at ONCE to create:
INSTANT Universe in the SKY,
now with rainbow marshmallows!
Please Stir Awareness and
SERVE black.

1. COGNITION: The Creator designs the arrangement, positioning the planets, stars, moons STATIONARY and establishing the stationary galactic center. All planets, stars, and moons pre-made using 'unstarted" CONTAINED NUCLEON ATTRACTION:
iLD + VPS + R = E-->P/N<--E
2. ROTATION: The Creator initiates the "Rotating Axis system" to Galaxy Center and planets, stars, and moons at the same time.
3. ATTRACTION + VACUUM + CIRCULATION: These arise together through the "rotating Axis mechanism system", rather than requiring three separate construction operations.
CONTAINED NUCLEON ATTRACTION activation is caused from THAT timed rotation that instantly causes a flash vacuum of atom molecules from atmosphere creating a instant vacuum in the atmosphere freezing the planets in place without stopping their axis motion AND at the same time the CONTAINED NUCLEON ATTRACTION initiated immediately from Rotation creates external protonic OMNIRING projection from Center Galaxy, Stars, Planets, and Moons creating the UNIVERSE CIRCULATION by electron to proton attraction connection to the mostly invisible internally projected OmniRings.
4. UNIVERSE: The resulting system becomes the CONTAINED NUCLEON ATTRACTION CIRCULATING UNIVERSE within the ATMOSPHERE on your Planet or for our situation in this picture:
The REAL EARTH Below.
Tip:
The full mechanism at the beginning of rotation instantly creates a electron edge separator from your planet atmosphere. Because it is a Contained internal NUCLEON ATTRACTION Universe there is no "pressure" on the inside of the Universe or outside in the real atmosphere.

RECAP:
Cognition establishes the structure. Rotation activates the mechanism. Attraction, vacuum, and circulation operate together instantly to produce the Seperated UNIVERSE.
PRESTO!
STIR AWARENESS.
Don't make the UNIVERSE's true surroundings obvious to its inhabitants. Make them work through cognition, intelligence, and awareness to understand where they are so.....
“SERVE BLACK.”
The instant vacuum removes the atmospheric particles that would otherwise scatter light and potentially reveal the surrounding BLUE atmosphere. The inhabitants look outward and see black space rather than the blue sky that might give away their location.

10-31-2026 (this isn't a joke. It's how it was done. You'll see sooner or later because we can do it ourselves as a ship design.
The Hallow Eve indeed
